Customers may request a return or exchange within 35 days after delivery. Requests beyond this period will not be accepted.

Returns or exchanges are accepted in the following cases:

  3. Odor issues, significant color differences, or material inconsistencies

  4. Items received do not match the order description

  5. Eligible requests for return or exchange without specific reasons

3. Return Process

  2. Our support team will review your request and respond with approval status and return instructions;

    A return label is included in each package for convenience;

  4. Once the item is received, it will be inspected. If approved, the refund will be processed accordingly.

4. Exchange Process

  1. Submit an exchange request via support@tranztrivoqelx.com or call +1 (281) 485-7670, including order details and supporting evidence;

  2. Once approved, return instructions and address will be provided;

  3. Send the item back to the return address and wait for confirmation;

  4. After inspection, a replacement item will be shipped within 1–3 business days, along with tracking information.

5. Refund Process

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (Visa or MasterCard).
Processing time is typically 1–3 business days, depending on the bank. If delays occur, please contact us for assistance.

6. Fee Policy

  1. For issues such as defects, quality problems, odor, color discrepancy, or incorrect items, return shipping costs will be covered by us;

  2. For returns due to personal reasons, shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

7. Liability Statement

We are not responsible for delays or damages caused by third-party logistics services beyond our reasonable control, but we will assist in resolving such issues.
