We currently ship within the United States only. Delivery outside the United States is not supported.
2. Shipping Fees
Orders $150 or above (including $150) qualify for free shipping
Orders below $150 will incur a flat shipping fee of $15.
Applicable taxes will be calculated at checkout based on local requirements.
3. Order Cut-off Time
Orders are processed during business hours (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST).
Orders placed before 6:00 PM will be processed the same day;
orders placed after 6:00 PM will be processed on the next working day.
4. Processing Time
Order processing takes 1–3 business days, including order confirmation and preparation for shipment.
5. Shipping Time
Estimated delivery time is 5–15 business days after dispatch, depending on logistics conditions.
6. Shipping Carriers
We work with major carriers including USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL.
7. Order Tracking
After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email containing your order number, payment details, and shipping information.
You can track your order status by entering your email or phone number along with your order number on the order tracking page.
